Typical Calabrian hillside home in the center of the Medieval town of Malito with view of the surrounding hillsides. 20 mins drive from the bustling marina with all amenities. Grocer and bars just round the corner in main square of the town. What this Malito residence offers during the hot Calabrian nights is the cool and fresh air from the hillside.

The house lies in the centre of the town of Malito next to the church. The entrance is on the ground floor with a garage area (for those of you who plan to rent a car to move around). On the first floor you have the fully renovated kitchen area, which leads to the living room. Leading off from the living area is a staircase leading up to the second floor with two bedrooms, sleeps 4 with the possibility of an extra bed, one bathroom and a second small WC area.

Rental periods
Per week for the entire house

1 September - 31 May 150 euros per week
1 June - 15 July 200 euros per week
16 July - 31 August 250 euros per week

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros.
Prices can be arranged at a special rate for the winter months according to the length of time requested. Changeover days are generally Saturday but off season days can be established according to flights.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
A set of towels will be supplied for all members of the group. Initial and final cleaning of the house is also included. Extra cleaning can be supplied at extra cost.

Coast/Beach
30kms from the marina of Falerna, where you can find a variety of restaurants, pizzerias, bars and Lidos along the sea front. There is a bus three times a day from the village for the Lido and once a day for Lamezia and Catanzaro.

Travel
Lamezia Terme International Airport 40kms (car hire is available).
During the summer months it is possible to go on daily excursions to the Eolian Isles organized by an authorized tour operator by motor launch.
And if you decide to explore the typical Italian agritusimi (farm houses and restaurant) we will provide you with the directions on how to reach the closest one at a 20 mins drive.
The city of Cosenza is also worth a visit and it is located at a 20 mins distance from Malito.

Distances
Pizzo 70km. Tropea 90km. Amantea 30km. Cosenza 25km.You can practice windsurfing and surf-kiting due to the favourable winds and sea currents.

Booking notes
An unreturnable deposit of 50% is required with bookings, balance payable 4 weeks before commencement of holiday.
