We have been searching for all the low-cost airline options there are to fly to and from Italy, as well as inside the country and we have found a total of 40 airlines. What follows is our report on all the low-cost airlines you can fly to Italy, which we are going to publish in the next few weeks` presenting you several at a time. So our pick today is:
1. Air Berlin

Air Berlin operates flights to major European cities, as well as to the most popular holiday resorts around the Mediterranean, on the Canary Islands and in North Africa. The airline also has a dense network of domestic flights between German cities.

from almost any city in Germany (Belin, Franfurt, Dusseldorf, etc) plus Copenhagen, Vienna, Zurich.

2. Aerlingus

Operating reliability and careful cost management have been the guiding principles for Air Italy from the start.
They fly predominantly within Italy withing the cities of

Alghero,
Bari,
Brindisi,
Catania,
Naples,
Olbia,
Palermo,
Verona.
Their international destinations at present are Warsaw and Mauritius.
