Riomaggiore is the best village!!! how can you say its the least charming. I spent 2 nights right overlooking the bay there and it was beautiful. After then I spent a couple nights in Vernazza which we did not find as charming. The hikes are an absolute must though, we split ours up into 2 days in order to properly enjoy it. Also the pesto is the best in the world. All in all I fell in love with this place, take your time with it, you will all too.
